She has held key roles in the Maryland state government and esteemed organizations in the private sector, driving strategic security initiatives and fortifying digital resilience.
With a Master’s degree (M.S) in Cybersecurity Management and Policy and dual Master’s (M.S) and Bachelor’s degrees (B.S) in Computer Science, Victoria blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. She holds the prestigious CISSP and SSCP certifications, and numerous IT credentials, underscoring her proficiency in securing complex systems, protecting critical infrastructure, managing cybersecurity policies, and mitigating organizational risks.
Victoria is renowned for her innovative approach and problem-solving abilities and has been instrumental in advancing cybersecurity practices and safeguarding digital ecosystems.She is also a passionate advocate for women in technology. She is dedicated to mentorship, leadership, and amplifying women’s voices in the tech industry.
